再造胶囊中黄芪甲苷的提取工艺研究

摘    要:
目的考察再造胶囊中黄芪甲苷的最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交实验,以干膏收率和黄芪甲苷总量为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间、乙醇浓度等对提取效果的影响。结果再造胶囊中黄芪甲苷的最佳提取工艺为加水煎煮3次,第1次加10倍量水煎煮2h,第2次加8倍量水煎煮1h,第3次加6倍量水煎煮1h,药液合并,浓缩至相当于每1ml含1.5g生药,加乙醇至含醇量70%(v/v),静置过夜,取上清液滤过,滤液回收乙醇至尽。结论最佳提取工艺提取率高、简单、方便。

Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of Astragaloside IV in Zaizao capsules.Methods: The optimum preparation process was investigated by L_9(3~4) orthogonal design as the astragaloside IV and total amount of dry ointment content index.The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency were as follows: times of added water,the time of extraction et.Conclusion:Astragaloside IV's content is high.The method is reliable,accurate and easy to operate.It is up to the mustard.
