彩色多普勒超声在产前诊断单脐动脉的临床价值

目的 评估彩色多普勒超声在产前诊断胎儿单脐动脉的临床价值。方法 在中孕期应用彩色多普勒超声观察单脐动脉的形态结构及多普勒血流信号特征，并与产后结果及病理学检查对照。结果 1．正常三支脐血管螺旋状排列特征消失，单脐动脉畸形时脐带内只有一条脐动脉和一条脐静脉，两支血管呈螺旋状排列或并行走行；2．单脐动脉多合并其它畸形、宫内发育迟缓、早产等情况；3．彩色多普勒可直观显示两支血管的血流方向，并且能够为明确其它畸形提供重要的诊断信息。结论 彩色多普勒超声在中孕期诊断单脐动脉具有重要的临床价值。

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Prenatal Diagnosis of Single Umbilical Artery

Objective To evaluate the clinical role of color Doppler ultrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of single umbilical artery (SUA).Methods We used color Doppler ultrasonography to observe the morphology and color Doppler flow features of SUA during the second trimester of pregnancy,and compared them with the pathological findings.Results An umbilical cord had only two vessels in SUA,an artery and a vein.The two umbilical vessels of SUA were present with spiral arrangement or parallel course,whereas,the normal spiral structures (two umbilical arteries and one umbilical vein) disappeared.SUA were often accompanied by other fetal malformations such as,intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and premature,etc.Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of SUA during the second trimester of pregnancy,which provides important information for detecting other fetal defects.
