| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MRI检查时紧张综合征的心理护理。方法 对252例进行MRI检查时出现紧张综合征的患者进行心理分析,并针对不同类型的心理障碍给予相应的心理护理。结果 252例检查时紧张综合征的患者中有16例因疾病原因及严重心理障碍取消检查,其余236例患者按照心理障碍分为3种类型,并给予相应的心理护理后能够顺利配合完成检查。结论 在进行MRI检查时,给予类似患者针对性的心理护理,是确保MRI检查顺利完成的重要环节。

Psychological nursing of tension syndrome in MRI examination |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the psychological nursing of tension syndrome in MRI examination. Methods Psychological analysis were applied to the total 252 patients with tension dyndrome in MRI examination and corresponding psychological nursing was given for correlated psychological disorder type. Results 16 of the 252 patients were excluded due to their diseases and severe mental disorder, and the rest 236 patients were divided into 3 groups according to the psychological types and after given psychological nursing accordingly they were cooperative in taking the MRI examination. Conclusion It can be a significant keypoint to ensure a successful MRI examination of giving psychological nursing aiming at patients. |
