老年人肠系膜上动脉和腹腔动脉的血流观测

目的 :测量正常老年人和心脑血管供血不足的老年人肠系膜上动脉 (SMA)和腹腔动脉 (CA)的血流参数 ,并观察心脑血管疾病对腹腔血流的影响。方法 :采用美国Diasonics 2DGATEWAY FX型彩色多普勒仪对 30例正常老年人和 30例心脑血管供血不足的老年人的血流情况进行观测。结果 :有心脑血管供血不足的老年人的SMA的血流量和舒张末期流速 (EDV)比正常老年人相应参数明显减小 ,搏动指数 (PI)和阻力指数 (RI)明显增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血管直径和收缩峰值流速 (PSV)也减小 ;CA的EDV明显减小 ,PI明显增大 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血流量、血管直径和PSV减小 ,PI增大。结论 :提出了正常老年人肠系膜上动脉和腹腔动脉的血流参数 ,并指出有心脑血管供血不足的老年人肠系膜上动脉和腹腔动脉的供血也相应不足。

Hemodynamics of superior mesenteric artery and celiac artery in the aged

Objective:Superior mesenteric artery and celiac artery hemodynamics of aged healthy people and aged people with coronary or cerebral blood supply impaired were studied.And the influence on the hemodynamics of the disease was also studied.Methods:Superior mesenteric artery and celiac artery hemodynamics of 30 aged healthy people and 30 aged people with coronary or cerebral blood supply impaired were studied with Diasonics 2DGATEWAY-FX color Doppler.Results:In the aged people with coronary or cerebral blood supply impaired,SMA's blood flow volume and the EDV were significantly less (P<0.05) and the PI,the RI were significantly greater (P<0.05) than the mean values of the aged healthy people.The diameter and the PSV were less in the aged people with diseases than the mean values in the [CM(136.5mm]aged healthy people.In the aged people with diseases,CA's EDV was significantly less (P<0.05) and the PI was significantly greater (P<0.05)than the mean values of the aged healthy peoples.The blood flow volume,the diameter and the PSV were less and the RI was greater in the aged people with diseases than the mean values in the aged healthy people.Conclusion:Color Doppler parameters of SMA and CA blood flow were presented in aged healthy people.The blood supply of SMA and CA in aged people with coronary or cerebral blood supply impaired were also impaired.
