| 摘 要： | 目的:为我国基本药物的遴选和调整提供参考。方法:通过查阅世界卫生组织(WHO)系列技术报告,运用文献研究和比较研究方法进行分析。结果:WHO基本药物示范目录的遴选原则经多次补充完善,使得基本药物的遴选由经验决策转变为循证决策,剂型和规格更加规范,修订后的目录修订程序更加符合循证、公正和透明的原则。结论:我国应借鉴WHO的经验,完善符合我国国情的基本药物目录遴选和调整原则,完善基本药物制度体系。
