| 摘 要： | 目的用初筛酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)及确认免疫印迹法(WB)对276例血清阳性标本进行实验结果及带型分析。方法操作及结果判断按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》实施。结果276例初筛试验阳性经免疫印迹试验确认275例H IV-1阳性,且条带出现百分率env带gp160、gp120、gp41、为100%;pol带p66、p51、p31和gag带p17、p24、p55为94%以上。结论初筛和确认试验要严格按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》进行才能得出准确的结果。

| Abstract: | objective To study the role of ELISA,Western Blot Test in screening test and confirmation test on 276 serum specimens.Methods Operations and results were determined by National AIDS/HIV Test Technology Regulation.Result 275 HIV-1 positive specimens were confirmed by WB Test among 276 screening test positive specimens.There were gp160,gp120,gp41,p24 reactive bands(100%),p66,p55,p51,p31,p17 reactive bands(>94%). Conclusion There were false positive results in the screening test and the results must be determined by confirmation test. |
