铜冶炼铅暴露工人599名尿铅水平

目的探讨铜冶炼业铅危害程度,评价健康损害与危害因素的关系,为目标干预提供依据。方法对两个生产工艺相同的铜冶炼厂的599人涉铅作业人员进行职业健康检查,按照《职业健康监护技术规范》要求,599人均检测了尿铅。结果两铜冶炼厂工人尿铅超标率为36.39%,其中甲厂工人超标率为45.34%,乙厂工人超标率为30.11%,两厂工人比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论铜冶炼业铅职业危害严重,不同铜冶炼业工人尿铅超标率不同。

Urine lead levels of 599 copper smelting workers with lead exposure

[Objective]]To investigate the degree of lead hazard in copper smelting industry,and evaluate the relationship between the damage of health and risk factors,and provide scientific basis for targeted interventions.[Methods]Occupational health examination was performed on 599 workers with lead exposure from 2 copper smelters that had the same production process.In accordance with the "Occupational Health Surveillance specification",599 workers were detected lead of urine.[Results] The over standard rate of urine lead of workers of the 2 copper smelters was 36.39%,that of one was 45.34%,and 30.11% of the other,the difference was significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The occupational hazard about lead in copper smelting industry is serious,different copper smelter workers have different over standard rate of urine lead.
