天灸疗法治疗不同系统慢性疾病的疗效观察

目的:探讨天灸治疗的人群对象,观察天灸疗法对不同系统的慢性疾病的治疗效果。方法:随机抽取2010年在我科天灸治疗的85例患者,采用问卷结合电话随访的形式进行回顾性分析,并按主要症状分为:呼吸系统组、消化系统组、慢性疼痛组,分别调查不同系统疾病的疗效。结果:三组患者天灸疗效之间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:不同系统疾病的三组患者疗效间无明显差异,说明天灸疗法对呼吸系统、消化系统和慢性疼痛均有较好疗效。

Efficacy observation of treating different systems of chronic diseases by the Tian moxibustion therapy

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treating different systems of chronic diseases by the Tian moxibustion therapy.Methods:Random sample of 85 patients with the Tian moxibustion therapy for treatment in my Division days in 2010,a questionnaire combined with a telephone follow-up were retrospectively analyzed according to the main symptoms are divided into:group of the respiratory system,digestive system,chronic pain group,respectively,to investigate the different systems the efficacy of the disease.Results:There were no significant differences of the efficacy of Tian moxibustion therapy among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:No significant difference between the three groups of patients the efficacy of the different system diseases,Tian moxibustion therapy have a good effect on the respiratory system,digestive system and chronic pain.
