随州市231名医疗放射工作人员职业健康检查结果

目的了解随州市放射工作人员的健康状况,为保障放射工作人员的健康和提出改进措施提供依据。方法按卫生部《放射工作人员健康管理规定》要求,对随州市231名放射工作人员进行相关检查。结果眼晶体密度增高和晶体混浊3人,异常检出率1.29%;肝功能检查异常19人,检出率为8.22%;血常规异常中以白细胞减少5人,检出率为2.16%;血红蛋白减少4人,检出率1.73%,血小板减少1人,检出率为0.43%;外周血淋巴细胞微核和染色体畸变率异常未检出。结论随州市放射设施的整体防护水平较好,未发现与接触放射损害的异常疾病,但应加强对常见病和慢性病的防治工作。

Results of occupational physical examination of 231 medical radiation workers in Suizhou City

[Objective]To study the health status of workers occupationally exposed to radiation in Suizhou City,provide basis for ensuring the health of radiation workers and putting forward the improvement measures.[Methods]In accordance with the requirements of the Health management rules for radiation workers(Ministry of Health),the related examination was conducted in 231 radiation workers in Suizhou City.[Results]There were 3 cases of increasing crystal density and lens opaCity with the detection rate of 1.29%,19 cases of abnormal liver function with the detection rate of 8.22%,5 cases of leukopenia with the detection rate of 2.16%,4 cases of decreased hemoglobin with the detection rate of 1.73%,and 1 case of thrombocytopenia with the detection rate of 0.43%.The peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome aberration was not detected.[Conclusion]The overall level of radiation protection in Suizhou City is good,and disease caused by radiation exposure is not found.It is important to strengthen the prevention and control of common diseases and chronic diseases.
