侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的临床观察

目的：观察侧卧斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,男17例,女23例,年龄32~70岁,病程1周～6年,40例患者均经CT扫描或MRI明确诊断：膨出型8例,突出型25例,游离型7例。采用侧卧斜扳法治疗,隔日1次,每周3次,2周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后观察疗效。结果：患者均获得随访,时间3～4周。治疗1个疗程后,患者的症状与体征各方面较治疗前都有较大的改善,治愈23例（57．5％）,好转14例（35％）,未愈3例（7．5％）,总有效率为92．5％。结论：斜扳法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by lateral oblique pull method

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the lateral oblique pull method in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Lumbar disc herniation in 40 cases,17 males and 23 females,aged from 32 to 70 years of age,duration of 1 week to 6 years,40 patients have to undergo a CT scan or MRI to confirm the diagnosis:eight cases bulging,protruded type 25cases,seven cases of free type.The use of the lateral oblique pull Treatment every other day,three times a week,two weeks for a course of treatment,after the end of a course of treatment effects were observed.Results:The patients were followed up for 3 to 4 weeks.After a course of treatment has greatly improved in all aspects of the patient’s symptoms and signs than that before treatment,cured in 23 cases(57.5%),improved in 14 cases(35%),uncured 3 cases(7.5%),total effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion:Oblique pull method was effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.
