中医辨证治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

目的观察中医辨证论治治疗类风湿性关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法选择本院2009年3月～2012年5月收治入院的经临床确诊的类风湿性关节炎患者100例,随机分为两组,每组各50例。治疗组采用中医辨证施治,对照组采用西医治疗,疗程为2个月,比较其症状改善与实验室指标的变化。记录两组不良事件的发生情况。结果两组患者治疗8周后,治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗8周后关节压痛数(TJC)、关节肿胀数(SJC)、休息痛、握力、晨僵等指标与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后TJC、SJC、休息痛、握力等指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证论治疗效显著,副作用相对少。

Clinical observation of TCM treatment for rheumatoid arthritis based on syndrome differentiation

Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of TCM treatment for rheumatoid arthritis based on syndrome differentiation.Methods One hundred cases of patients who clinically diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital form March 2009 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each group had 50 cases.The treatment group was adopted TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation,while the control group was adopted western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 2 months.Symptoms improvement and changes of laboratory parameters were compared.Occurrence of adverse events of the two groups was recorded.Results After eight weeks’treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,which was 74%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in indexes of TJC,SJC,rest pain,grip strength,morning stiffness between before and after treatment of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment indexes of TJC,SJC,rest pain,grip strength in the treatment were different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation is significant,which has relatively few side effects.
