LEEP术治疗宫颈糜烂手术配合与护理措施分析

目的对LEEP术治疗宫颈糜烂手术治疗效果及相关的护理措施进行临床研究。方法选取本院接受宫颈糜烂治疗的患者400例,其中,200例患者接受传统的手术方法进行治疗,作为对照组;其余200例患者采用LEEP术进行手术治疗,作为观察组,两组患者均接受常规的护理方法进行辅助治疗。统计两组患者的临床治疗结果。结果观察组患者中,110例治愈,82例好转,8例无效;对照组患者中,86例治愈,65例好转,49例无效,χ2检验结果为P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组术中出血量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,平均手术时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床上使用LEEP术配合相应护理措施治疗宫颈糜烂可以取得很好的疗效,具有临床推广应用价值。

Analysis of cooperation and nursing measure for cervical erosion surgery with LEEP

Objective To carry out clinical research on effect and relevant nursing measures of cervical erosion surgery with LEEP. Methods Four hundred patients received cervical erosion treatment in our hospital were selected, 200 cases of patients received the traditional surgery cooperated with corresponding nursing measures as control group; the rest 200 patients were treated with LEEP to cooperate with corresponding nursing measures, as observation group. The clinical treatment results of patients in two groups were counted. Results Among the observation group patients, 110 patients were healed, 82 patients were improved and 8 patients were invalid; among control group, 86 patients were healed, 65 patients were improved and 49 patients were invalid. The χ2 test result was P < 0.05, which was great statistics significance. The intraoperative bleeding volum hadn’t statistically significant between two groups(P > 0.05), and the mean operating time significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cervical erosion surgery with LEEP cooperated with corresponding nursing measures in clinic can be adopted with favorable curative effects and clinical promotion and application value is provided.
