性教育提高农民工性保健知识水平的作用

目的探讨性教育在提高农民工性保健知识水平中的作用。方法按照随机数字表法将200例外地在本地务工的农民工,随机分为实验组和对照组各100例,实验组采用较系统的健康讲座,对照组予以随机健康咨询和教育。比较两组农民工对性保健知识掌握情况的差异。结果对照组农民工性保健知识得分为(76.4±12.9)分,实验组为(90.1±10.1)分,两组比较,t=-7.45,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义,实验组农民工对性保健知识掌握较对照组好。实验组农民工性保健知识得分在高水平的人数较对照组多,两组比较,Z=-6.77,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论对农民工进行性知识教育,可帮助他们掌握必要的性知识,建立健康的性行为,对构建和谐的社会等方面有着重要的指导与现实意义。

Effect of sex education to improve health knowledge level of migrant workers

Objective To study the role of sex education in improving the health knowledge level of migrant workers.Methods According to the random number table,200 migrant workers were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 100 cases,the experimental group were given a more systematic health talks,and the control group were given health counseling and education.The difference of migrant workers to grasp the situation of sexual health knowledge was compared between two groups.Results The control group of migrant workers health knowledge score was 76.4±12.9,the experimental group was 90.1±10.1,the difference was statistically significant(t=-7.45,P<0.01),the sexual health knowledge level of experimental group workers was higher than that of control group.The experimental migrant workers health knowledge score in the high-level score was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(Z=-6.77,P<0.01).Conclusion The sex education to the migrant workers can help them acquire the necessary knowledge to build a healthy sexual behavior,and is important to build a harmonious society.
