人性化护理在妇科手术患者中的应用

目的探讨妇科手术中人性化护理措施的应用。方法选取2011年6～12月本院收治需进行手术的妇科疾病患者290例为研究对象,采用总结回顾分析法,收集整理患者病历资料,与科主任、经治医生、责任护士进行探讨,总结在妇科手术患者中的护理对策。结果 290例患者中,1例子宫脱垂合并心房颤动患者术后出现心律失常,请内科会诊治疗后恢复正常;1例子宫颈上皮重度不典型增生患者行子宫颈环形电切术后痂块脱落并发大出血,经止血治疗后痊愈;其余患者均无并发症,康复出院。平均住院时间4d。术后随访患者精神状态良好,未诉明显不适,部分不育症患者经治疗后怀孕。结论开展人性化护理能使患者心理得到满足,积极配合治疗,达到满意效果。

Application of humanistic nursing care in patients with gynecologic operation

Objective To observe the application of humanistic nursing care in gynecologic operation. Methods Two hundred and ninety patients with gynecological disease needed surgery in our hospital were selected as the research target from June 2011 to December, summary review analysis was adopted, patient medical records were collected, and discussed with director of division, doctor, and nurse, nursing countermeasures of patients in gynecological surgery were summarized. Results Among the 290 patients, 1 case of patient with uterine prolapse combined with atrial fibrillation had postoperatie arrhythmia, and returned to normal after treatment by medical consultation; 1 case of patient with cervical epithelial severe not typical hyperplasia cured after cerical ring cutting off the scab piece with massive hemorrhage by hemostatic treatment, the rest of the patients hadn’t complications and rehabilitation hospital discharged, average hospitalization time was 4 d. Follow-up of patients was in good condition, not appealed to apparently unwell, parts of infertility patients had pregnancy after therapy. Conclusion To carry out humanized nursing can make patients psychological satisfaction, actively cooperate with the treatment, and to achieve satisfactory results.
