肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭56例临床分析

目的观察肾衰宁治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2008年6月～2011年6月在本院治疗的早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者112例,随机分为实验组和对照组各56例。对照组采取慢性肾衰竭常规基础治疗,实验组在常规基础治疗的前提下使用肾衰宁胶囊。对两组进行临床症状的观察和血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）的检测。结果治疗1个疗程后,实验组显效20例（35.7%）,有效22例（39.3%）,无效14例（25.0%）,总有效率为75.0%,肌酐和血尿素氮检测结果均明显下降（P〈0.05）;对照组显效9例（16.1%）,有效16例（28.6%）,无效31例（55.3%）,总有效率为44.7%,肌酐和血尿素氮检测结果有所下降（P〈0.05）,但不如实验组明显。结论肾衰宁胶囊能够起到改善肾功能、延缓肾功能衰竭的作用,能够降低患者肌酐和血尿素氮,值得推广。

Clinical analysis of shenshuaining capsule in the treatment of 56 patients with chronic renal failure

Objective To observe clinical effect of shenshuaining capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with chronic renal failure who were in early and middle stages from June 2008 to June 2011 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 56 cases in each group. Control group was given regular basis treatment of chronic renal failure, and the patients in experimental group were given shenshuaining capsule based on the conventional treatment. Clinical symptoms of two groups were observed, Serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were detected. Results After a course of treatment, in experimental group, 20 cases were excellent (35.7%), 22 patients were effective (39.3%), 14 cases were invalid (25.0%), the total effective rate was 75.0%, the testing results of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were decreased obviously (P < 0.05); while in control group, 9 cases were excellent (16.1%), 16 cases were effective (28.6%), 31 cases were invalid (55.3%), the total effective rate was 44.7%, the testing results of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were decreased (P < 0.05), but not as obvious as experimental group. Conclusion Shenshuaining capsule can improve renal function, delay the function of kidney failure, and reduce patients′ serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, so it is worthy to be popularized.
