| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开腹子宫全切术后腹部切口的护理方法。方法选择104例患者实施护理干预,并与104例常规护理患者比较术后两组患者术后疼痛程度、切口甲级愈合率以及护理满意度。结果观察组重度疼痛患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05),患者切口甲级愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后切口的护理不仅能预防感染,而且可以切实减轻患者术后疼痛。给予相应的心理护理、饮食指导十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the wound care of hysterectomy after abdominal incision.Methods One hundred and four cases with nursing intervention and 104 cases with routine care were observed,pain degree,incision healing rate and nursing satisfaction at the time of postoperative between two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,patients with severe pain was significantly less than control group(P<0.05),incision healing rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative wound care can not only prevent of infection,but also reduce postoperative pain,so giving the appropriate psychological care and diet guidance is very important. |
