| 摘 要： | 目的：建立补肾壮骨胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对补肾壮骨胶囊中主要成分淫羊藿苷进行定量分析。同时用薄层扫描法(TLC)对制剂中其他主要药味补骨脂、黄芪进行鉴别。结果：HPLC法线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为98．55％，RSD为3．43％。薄层图谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论：方法可靠，结果稳定，重现性好，可有效地控制制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard for Bushen Zhuanggu capsules.METHODS Icariine of Bushen Zhuanggu capsules was determined by HPLC, Radix Astragali and Fructus Psoraleae were identified by TLC.RESULTS The average recovery rate was up to 98.55% and RSD was 3.43% .The TLC spots were fairly clear in the developed system,and the blank test showed that other medicines has not interfer with the main one.CONCLUSIONS The results are stable with good reproducibility. This method is reliable,which can be used for quality control of the capsules. |
