| 摘 要： | 目的：通过动态血糖监测了解2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况以评价动态血糖监测系统（cGMS）的临床应用价值。方法：选择31例2型糖尿病患者，进行72小时连续动态血糖监测，分析血糖漂移变化情况，并分析指端血糖与CGMS血糖的相关性。结果：CGMS能发现更多低血糖和高血糖事件，其血糖值与指端血糖相关性好。结论：CGMS能全面反映2型糖尿病患者血糖波动细节，为调整治疗方案提供了更多信息。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the glucose control of type 2 diabetics by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) and evaluate the application of CGMS.Methods:Continuous glucose monitoring for 72 hours was carried out on Thirty-one type 2 diabetics.Glucose fluctuation and the relationship between CGMS glucose testing results and glucosemeter were analyzed.Results:CGMS discovered more hypoglycaemia and hyperglycosemia incidents.There was a good correlation between the glucose testing results of CGMS and glucosemete... |
