精神病患者因约束并发症死亡的临床分析

目的探讨精神病患者约束并发症死亡临床表现、死因分析和预防方法。 方法对近10年精神病住院患者因约束并发症特殊死亡的患者,采用自编调查纲要对临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果因约束措施并发症治疗死亡发生率0.019%,占同期死亡人数的9.67%,死亡多数患者是由于患者躯体具有某一组高危因素而引起。 结论认为精神病患者因特殊治疗死亡与一组高危因素有关,而3例患者无1例外都是深静脉血栓形成并发肺栓塞死亡。 

Clinical analysis of the death for constraint complications in Psychiatric patients

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical manifestations,death causes and prevention methods of the mental patients who die with physical restraint complications. MethodsFor the special mental patients who died with the physical restraint complications in hospital in the past 10 years, using a self-designed investigation outline to analyze the clinical data with retrospectively analyzed. ResultsTreatment with restraint measures died of complications occurred in 0.019%, over the same period accounted for 9.67% of the number of deaths, the death cause of most of the patients is the patients' body have took a group of risk factors. ConclusionDue to the special treatment,the death of mental patient is associated with a group of risk factors, and three patients are died of pulmonary embolism of deep vein thrombosis.
