| 摘 要： | 目的:研究第四脑室肿瘤的诊断及显微外科治疗的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院自2000年9月~2005年10月连续收治的49例第四脑室肿瘤的临床资料。均通过显微外科治疗。结果:肿瘤38例全切除,近全切除11例。出现脑积水12例,均行侧脑室腹腔分流术后好转。结论:头颅MRI检查可提高第四脑室肿瘤的诊断水平和显微手术质量。采用显微外科技术,避免损伤脑干和第四脑室底的结构,充分解除导水管梗阻是手术成功的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study diagnosis and microsurgical treatment of the fourth ventricle tumors.Methods:Clinical data of 49 cases of the fourth ventricle tumor that have been treated with microsurgery in our department were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Total removal of the tumor were made in 38 cases,subtotal removal in 11 cases.Postoperative hydrocephalus developed in 12 patients.and ventriculoperitoneal shunt was done in all of them,obtaining better results.Conclusions:Head MRI scans could improve diagnosis and microsurgery effect of the fourth ventricle tumors.It is important to apply microsurgical technique,to avoid the brainstem and the fourth ventricle injury,and to fully relieve obstruction of the mesencephalic aqueduct. |
