短波紫外线照射治疗老年糖尿病合并足癣感染68例

摘    要:
目的用短波紫外线杀菌功能,治疗老年糖尿病合并足癣感染。方法采用短波紫外线治疗仪,紫外线灯。结果痒痛缓解、红肿消退、糜烂面结痂以及痊愈时间均显著早于对照组(p<0.05),治愈时间明显提前。且一年复发率亦显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。即短波紫外线照射治疗比口服和外用药物治疗时间短、见效快、复发率低。结论由于短波紫外线破坏DNA的分子键,引起蛋白质和核酸结构上的变化,造成核酸或核蛋白的分解或变性,使之失去正常功能,造成细菌和病毒的死亡或变异。因此对细菌、真菌具有明显的杀灭和抑制作用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the use of short wave ultraviolet(UVC) in treating complications of Tinea Pedis in elderly Diabetes Mellitus patients.Methods The patients were treated with UVC Phototherapy Units,UV lamps.Results It shows that alleviation of itching and pain,fading of the redness and forming scars over ulcers take much shorter time in the experiment group than in the control group(P <0.05).The recovery time improves significantly.Furthermore,the one year reoccur rate in the experiment group is lower...
