口腔颌面部鳞癌CFC方案时辰化疗近期疗效及毒副作用观察

摘    要:目的探讨CFC方案时辰化疗治疗颌面部鳞癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法15例颌面部鳞癌患者,采用CFC方案时辰化疗卡铂(CBP)、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)、甲酰四氢叶酸钙(CF)],给药时间在16:00至次137:00,观察CFC方案化疗患者的疗效及毒副作用.化疗后10~21d手术。结果CFC方案时辰化疗后。完全缓解(CR)为3例,术后病理检查原发癌已查不到癌细胞.部分缓解(PR)为11例,无效(NR)为1例,总有效率(CR+PR)为93.3%:而出现的毒副作用仅为轻度的疲倦、恶心、呕吐,以及WBC与RBC降低。结论CFC方案疗效确切.时辰化疗可明显减少患者化疗药物的毒副反应.值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and toxic recation of CFC regimen chrono-chemotherapy in the treatment of maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 15 cases of maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma were all treated by the CFC medicine project(Carboplatin; 5-Fluorouracil; Calcium Folinate). The Chrono-chemotherapy medicine was administrated from 16:00 to tomorrow 7:00. Therapeutic effect and toxicities were observed. The operation was performed in 10 ~ 21 days after chemotherapy. Results After chemotherapy, complete response (CR) was achieved in 3 case, partial response (PR) in 11 cases and no nesponse (NR) in 1 case. The overall response rate (CR+PR) was 93.3%. the Chrono-chemotherapy medicine has lower toxicities incidence rate, such as nausea, vomiting, descending WBC and RBC. Conclusion Chrono-chemotherapy, which has lower toxicities incidence, was potentially recommended for clinical application.
