| 摘 要： | 目的：研究动态脑电图在儿童癫癎中的诊断价值。方法：对确诊为儿童癫癎的128例患儿进行动态脑电图（AEEG）检查。结果：AEEG的癎样放电率明显高于常规脑电图（REEG）。结论：动态脑电图在儿童癫癎中有重要诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the practical diagnosis value of AEEG monitoring on children with epilepsy. Methods： AEEG were performed in 128 children with epilepsy. Result： The positive rate of epileptiform discharge in AEEG was higher than in REEG. Conclusion： AEEG is of important value in the diagnosis of children with epilepsy. |
