摘    要:聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶抑制剂(PARPi)的出现,开启了维持治疗卵巢癌的新篇章,使大部分患者预后得到明显改善。影像学可对患者进行非侵入性全面评估,为临床诊治提供重要信息。本文就PARPi作用原理及影像学有关PARPi治疗卵巢癌进展进行综述。

Abstract:The emergence of poly adenosine diphosphate ribosepolymerase inhibitor (PARPi) opened up a new chapter for maintenance treatment of ovarian cancer. The application of PARPi significantly improved the prognosis of most patients. Imaging can provide non-invasive, comprehensive assessment of patients, hence providing important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The principle of action of PARPi and imaging processes relative to treatment of ovarian cancer with PARPi were reviewed in this article.
