马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗压疮的效果分析

目的探讨马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗压疮的临床效果。方法将35例压疮患者按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组17例,采用0.5%碘伏常规消毒压疮及周围皮肤,红外线照射2次.d-1,暴露疮面;观察组18例,在对照组治疗的基础上应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏敷疮面,贴上压疮敷料贴。2组均14 d为1个疗程。对2组的疗效及疮面愈合时间进行比较。结果观察组总有效率及疮面愈合时间分别为94.5%及(10.0±1.1)d,对照组总有效率及疮面愈合时间分别为76.0%及(14.0±1.8)d,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论马应龙麝香痔疮膏对压疮疮面无刺激,无不良反应,方法简单、使用方便,是治疗压疮较实用的一种方法。

Efficacy of Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment in Treatment of Pressure Sore

Objective To investigate the efficacy of musk hemorrhoids ointment in the treatment of pressure sore. Methods Thirty-five patients with pressure sore were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n=17） was given routine treatment with 0.5% iodophor disinfection of pressure ulcer and surrounding skin and infrared radiation twice per day.On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group （n=18） was given musk hemorrhoids ointment and pressure ulcer dressing. The treatment course was 14 groups. Results The total days. The efficacy and wound healing time were compared between the two effective rate and wound healing time were, respectively, 94.5% and（ 10.0±1.1 ） days in observation group, and 76.0% and （14.0±1.8） days in control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Musk hemorrhoids ointment is simple, practical and easy to use for the treatment of pressure sore without stimulation and adverse reactions.
