波立维联合脑心通治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效

目的探讨波立维联合脑心通治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTEMI)的临床效果。方法将60例NSTEMI患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组30例给予常规综合治疗措施,观察组30例在常规综合治疗基础上同时给予波立维联合脑心通治疗,评估两者治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者CK、CK-MB及cTnT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论波立维联合脑心通治疗非ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床效果明确,值得应用。

Effect of Plavix Combined with Naoxintong on Non-ST- Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of Plavix combined with Naoxintongon on non-ST- elevation myocardial infaretion（NSTEMI）. Methods Sixty patients with NSTEMI were randomly treated with conventional therapy alone （control group,n=30）or in combination with Plavix and Naoxintong （observation group, n =30）. Therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the combined treatment with Plavix and Naoxintong significantly decreased the levels of creatinine kinase, creatine kinase-MB and cardiac troponin T, but obviously increased significant effective rate and total effective rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatm- ent with Plavix and Naoxintong is effective and worthy of application in NSTEMI.
