| 摘 要： | 目的研究噻托溴铵干粉制剂联合舒利迭与单用舒利迭治疗COPD患者的疗效。方法 48例确诊为稳定期的Ⅱ~Ⅲ级慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者随机分为噻托溴铵+舒利迭组、单用舒利迭组。治疗前及经治疗1个月后观察肺功能情况。结果两组COPD患者在吸入治疗后肺功能均有改善,而联合使用噻托溴铵干粉制剂与舒利迭治疗比单用舒利迭肺功能改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ~Ⅲ级COPD患者联合应用噻托溴铵及舒利迭吸入治疗,可以更好的改善肺功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on affection of pulmonary function of COPD compared with single shelifie and combination of TB and Shulidie.Methods 48 cases of such patient of Ⅱ-Ⅲ grade COPD were treated with combined and sigle shulidie randomly.The pulmonary function was compared before and after therapy after 1 month.Results The combined uses of TB and S had significant difference than that of single use thouhg the PF was improved in both groups.Conclusion This method might improve the PF better. |
