超声造影在卵巢病变诊断中的应用

目的探讨造影剂SonoVue在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法2005年7月30日至2006年2月15日分别应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及SonoVue超声造影检查对我院收治的33例患者的卵巢肿瘤病灶声像图进行观察。结果超声造影检查前二维、彩色多普勒超声提示良性病灶24例,恶性病灶9例;造影检查后提示良性病灶26例,恶性病灶7例。33例肿瘤病灶均经手术切除,术后病理诊断为良性肿瘤27例,恶性肿瘤6例。结论超声造影检查可敏感显示卵巢病变的血流灌注,分析卵巢病变的造影灌注特点有助于卵巢良恶性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断。

Application of sonographic contrast agent SonoVue in the diagnosis of ovary neoplasms

Objective To discuss the value of contrast-enhanced sonography with SonoVue in the diagnosis of ovary neoplasms.Methods Thirty-three patients with ovary neoplasm underwent contrst-enhanced sonography using new contrast agent,SonoVue.Results All the 33 patients underwent surgery.Among them 27 patients had benign neoplasms and 6 had malignant neoplasms proved by histologic examination.On two-dimensional and color Doppler sonography,24 benign neoplasms and nine malignant neoplasms were diagnosed.With contrast-enhanced sonography,twenty-six benign neoplasms and seven malignant neoplasms were diagnosed.Conclusions Contrast-enhanced sonography with SonoVue has potential value in the diagnosis and differentiation of ovary neoplasms.
