顺铂耐药机制研究进展

顺铂作为化疗药物已经在临床得到广泛应用,并显现出良好的广谱抗肿瘤效应。但是由于其存在一定的毒副作用,特别是内在的或获得性耐药的发生严重影响了顺铂的临床疗效。近年来,许多研究工作者对顺铂耐药发生的分子机制进行了大量深入研究,为肿瘤的治疗、新型抗肿瘤药物的研发及克服耐药性等方面都提供了更广阔具体的思路。

Research Progress of the Drug Resistant Mechanism of DDP

As a chemotherapeutic drug,DDP has been widely used clinically and has a good broad-spectrum anti-tumor effect.However,due to its presence in certain side effects,in particular,the occurrence of intrinsic or acquired resistance has seriously affected the clinical efficacy of DDP.In recent years,many researchers have carried out a lot of in-depth study on the molecular mechanism of DDP resistance,for the treatment of cancer,the development of new anti-tumor drugs and drug resistance to provide a broader and more specific ideas.
