摘    要:缺血性心肌病是目前危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。针刺防治心肌缺血具有确切的作用及优势。通过对国内外关于针刺防治心肌缺血的实验研究结果进行归纳总结,发现针刺具有清除受损心肌组织及细胞的自由基,改善其能量代谢;改善血管痉挛,促进血管内皮细胞分裂及血管新生;减轻血管内皮细胞的损伤;抑制Ca~(2+)超载,增加线粒体数目,改善线粒体功能;调节炎性因子的含量或表达;抑制心肌细胞凋亡基因的表达;调节中枢神经肽类物质的释放等作用多种机制,发挥改善和治疗心肌缺血的作用。但其机制尚未完全阐明,需进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Ischemic cardiomyopathy is one of the main diseases which is harmful to human health.Acupuncture has definite function and advantage for preventing and treating myocardial ischemia.To study acupuncture prevention of myocardial ischemia experiments summarized dometic and abroad through literature review method,we found that acupuncture can remove the damaged myocardial tissue and cells by free radicals,improve the energy metabolism;improve vascular spasm,promote vascular endothelial cell split and angiogenesis;alleviate the injury of vascular endothelial cells;inhibite the Ca2 + overload,increase the number of mitochondria,improve mitochondrial function;regulate inflammation factor of the content or expression;inhibiting myocardial apoptosis gene expression;regulate the central neuropeptide substance release effect of multiple mechanisms play and treatment to improve the role of myocardial ischemia.However,its mechanism has not yet been fully elucidated,further study is necessary.
