三联疗法治疗重度积液性膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察采用三联疗法治疗重度积液性膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法将82例(92膝)重度积液性膝骨关节炎患者按积液量分为治疗组41例(47膝),对照组41例(45膝),治疗组给予关节腔冲洗+玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射+中药外敷治疗,对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服+玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔内注射,疗程结束后对两组患者进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为93.6%,对照组为71.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组膝围及膝关节功能积分比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论三联疗法治疗重度积液性膝骨关节炎能迅速减轻患者疼痛、肿胀,减少积液,提高患者膝关节功能。

Clinical Observation on Triple Therapy in Treatment of Severe Effusion Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of triple therapy in treatment of severe effusion knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 82 patients (92 knees) with severe effusion knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group (47 knees) and control group (45 knees).Treatment group received pressurized irrigation in joint cavity, injection of sodium hyaluronate (2.5mL), topical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine;contrast group received oral glucosamine hydrochloride (0.48g/ per time, 3 times/ per day);injection of sodium hyaluronate (2.5mg) in joint cavity after complete pumping fluid if necessary.Give efficacy evaluation for both groups after the whole clinical phase.Results The total curative rate was 93.6% in treatment group and 71.1% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups on knee circumference and knee functional status scores (P<0.05).Conclusion Triple therapy has timely effects at reduction of knee pain, swelling, joint effusion, improvement of knee functional status.It has a positive therapeutic effect and therefore is worthy of clinical application.
