| LASIK手术中飞秒激光制作角膜瓣的临床观察和护理体会 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的总结LASIK手术中飞秒激光制作角膜瓣的临床护理体会。方法近视患者36例（71只眼），采用LASIK手术联合飞秒激光制作角膜瓣，并对患者进行术前、术中和术后的护理，使患者积极配合治疗，促进病情的恢复。结果术后随访1个月，36例（71只眼）患者术后视力达到1．0～1．2，占100．0％，无一例患者发生不良反应，均取得良好效果。结论医护、医患、护患的熟练配合是手术成功的重要保证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in nursing patients with the corneal flap created with femtosecond laser in LASIK. Methods Review the experience in nursing 36 patients （71 eyes） with the corneal flap created with femtosecond laser in LASIK. Results The postoperative visual acuity reached 1.0 ～ 1.2 in 36 patients （71 Seyes）. The results were satisfying to all the patients Conclusions Cooperation among doctors, nurses and patients is critical to the success of the operation. |
