B7-H1和CA9在膀胱尿路上皮癌中表达的临床意义

目的分析B7-H1和CA9在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及二者之间的相互关系,探讨B7-H1和CA9在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测43例膀胱尿路上皮癌及7例正常膀胱组织中B7-H1和CA9的表达,并评价它们与病理分级、临床分期、复发以及两者之间的关系。结果 43例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织B7-H1和CA9阳性表达率分别为65.11%、67.44%。正常组织中不表达。两者的表达与病理分级、临床分期及复发相关（P〈0.05）。在膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中B7-H1的表达水平与CA9的表达水平有关联（P〈0.05）。结论 B7-H1和CA9在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,这为膀胱癌的早期诊断和治疗提供了新的途径。

Clinical value of the B7-H1 and CA9 expression in transitional bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of B7-H1 and CA9 in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma and their relationship. Methods The expressions of B7-H1 and CA9 in the 50 samples were detected by SP immunohistochemical method,the expressions of positive cells for B7-H1 and CA9 were evaluated, and their association with tumor classification, clinical grade, and recurrence were assessed. Results In normal bladder tissues, B7-H1 and CA9 were not detected. In 43 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma , B7-H1 and CA9 expression were correlated with pathological grade ,clinical stage and recurrence（P〈0.05）. Expression of B7-H1 was correlated with expression of CA9 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma（P〈0.05）. Conclusions B7-H1 and CA9 may play an important role in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. This may offer a new way for early diagnosis of bladder cancer and therapy.
