| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗结核药物所致肝损害的特点及危险因素。方法于2002年1月至2007年12月在我院确诊的初治肺结核患者共367例,应用2H3R3E323／2H3R、2HREZ／2H3R3及9PaDE三种方案抗结核治疗,每半月查肝功能一次。结果采用9PaDE方案治疗者其肝损害发生率较采用其他二种方案者差异显著,在单因素分析中,既往有肝病史、糖尿病史、酒精依赖、年龄〉65岁等因素有显著意义。结论药物性肝损的危险因素患者应采用个体化治疗方案,以减少肝损的发生。
