自制密闭负压吸引器在喉癌根治术后引流效果观察及护理

目的观察自制密闭负压吸引器在喉癌颈根治性廓清术后的引流效果.方法64例喉癌根治性颈廓清术后患者,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为实验组,Ⅱ组为对照组,比较分析两组负压引流效果及并发症发生情况.结果自制密闭负压吸引器达到了喉癌术后强负压引流要求.配合有效术后护理,可以保证手术成功率.

Application of closed vacuum suction apparatus in post-operative local wound nursing for cases with laryngeal carcinoma undergone radical neck dissection

Objective To observe the usability of closed vacuum suction apparatus(CVS-A) made by ourselves in post-operative local wound nursing for cases with laryngeal carcinoma undergone radical neck dissection. Methods Sixty-four cases with laryngeal carcinoma undergo ne radical neck dissection were randomly divided into 2 groups, with CVSA used for cases in group 1 (TG) and classic silicon vacuum suction bulb used for cases in group 2(CG). Then, wound healing status and local sequelae were compared between the two groups. Results The healing rate at stage 1 was significantly improved and the local complications were markedly reduced among the cases of TG,when compared with that in CG. Conclusions CVSA can fulfill the needs for drainage with high negative pressure in cases with laryngeal carcinoma undergone radical neck dissection. When it is used in combination with ideal nursing, post-operative local complications should be largely reduced.
