| 摘 要： | 目的 评价64层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA) 在颅内动脉瘤术后复查中的临床应用价值. 资料与方法 对21例颅内动脉瘤患者接受手术治疗后行64层螺旋CTA检查,图像后处理方法包括多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)及最大密度投影重组(MIP). 结果 使用钛制动脉瘤夹者,64层螺旋CTA可以清楚显示动脉瘤体消失、载瘤动脉与动脉瘤夹之间的关系及动脉瘤夹的数量和位置. 结论 64层螺旋CTA可以作为采用钛制动脉瘤夹治疗患者的术后随访工具.
