血清心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白和超敏C-反应蛋白在手足口病患儿中的临床意义

目的探讨血清心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）和超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）在手足口病患儿中的临床意义。方法选择86例手足口病患儿,随机分为重症组37例,普通组49例,同时选择40例健康体检儿童作为对照组,分别检测三组儿童血清心肌酶谱、cTnI和hs-CRP水平,观察重症组和普通组治疗前后上述指标的变化情况。结果重症组和普通组血清心肌酶谱、cTnI和hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;重症组患儿血清心肌酶谱、cTnII〈I和hs—CRP水平均较治疗前显著降低，且有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论手足口病患儿在病情发展过程中心肌容易受到侵犯，检测血清心肌酶谱、cTnI和hs—CRP有助于尽早发现心肌损害，并能够判断心肌受损程度。

Clinical Significance of Testing Serum myocardial enzymes,Troponin I and hs-CRP on Children with Hand-foot-mouth Dieease

Objective To explore the clinical significance of testing serum myocardial enzymes,troponin I and hsCRP on children with hand-foot-mouth dieease.Methods 86 cases with hand-foot-mouth dieease in our hospital were randomly divided into severe group and normal group.Choose 40 cases of healthy check-up children as control group.Three groups was detected in serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI and hs-CRP levels.The change of indicators of severe group and normal group were detected before and after teratment.Results The levels of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI and hs-CRP of severe group and normal group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）;the levels of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI and hs-CRP of severe group was significantly higher than normal group（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI and hs-CRP of hand-foot-mouth disease group after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Myocardial tissue was vulnerable to invasion in Children with hand-foot-mouth disease.The detection with serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,cTnI and hs-CRP is helpful to detect myocardial damage,and can judge the myocardial damage.
