摘    要:目的:建立荷Lewis肺癌C 57小鼠动物模型,对瘤内注射32 P-磷酸铬胶体治疗肺癌的疗效进行初步研究,并观察大分子聚合白蛋白(MAA)的作用.方法:实验动物随机分组进行32 P-磷酸铬胶体(32 P-CP)内照射治疗,计算肿瘤缩小率;韧致辐射显像观察肿瘤组织的放射性潴留情况;放射免疫法测定肿瘤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化.结果:32 P-CP内照射治疗使瘤组织明显缩小,韧致辐射显像结果显示32 P-CP聚集于肿瘤组织局部.MAA对肿瘤缩小率的影响无统计学意义.治疗后肿瘤内SOD含量明显增加.结论:32 P-CP瘤内注射可使放射性长时间聚集于肿瘤内,肿瘤组织明显缩小.MAA并不能增加肿瘤内放射性聚集.SOD可用于评价32 P-CP治疗疗效.

Abstract:To establish the model of Lewis lung carcinoma in C 57 nude mice, study the therapeutic effect of 32P chromic phosphate (32P -CP) colloid via an intratumoral injection and observe the effect of macroaggregated al-bumin (MAA). Methods: Rat model baring Lewis lung cancer was established. Intratumoral injections with 32P chro-mic phosphate colloids were performed to calculate the tumor reduction rate. 24 hours and 48 hours after the 32P-CP in-jection , the rat underwent a Bremsstrahlung planar study to achieve the ratio of the average radioactive counts of tumor site against non-tumor site (T/NT value). Superoxide dismutase (SOD) value in intratumoral fluid was measured with radioimmunoassay. Results:After treatment, the tumor size reduced apparently. Bremsstrahlung planar study showed significant radioactivity accumulation in tumor. Conclusion: We concluded that direct tumor intratumoral brachytherapy of 32 P-CP may achieve a high retention of radioactivity in tumor and persist for a long time. MAA-induced enhancement of 32P-CP radioactivity in tumor didnt occur in experimental Lewis lung cancer. SOD value could evaluate the therapeu-tic effect of 32P-CP brachytherapy.
