| 摘 要： | 目的]观察香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑抑郁症的功能性消化不良（FD）患者的疗效。方法]74例伴焦虑抑郁症的FD患者随机分组分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采取香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗,对照组采用常规西药联合黛力新治疗,临床疗效根据症状积分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）积分变化评定。结果]4周后各组治疗前后比较FD症状及SDS、SAS积分均明显降低（P〈0.05）。症状有效率、显效率、焦虑抑郁状态改善率治疗组均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]中药香花泻心汤联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑、抑郁症的功能性消化不良疗效良好。
