摘    要:<正> 经调查发现北方地下人工储水池储水3年以上就有63.9~82.1%水池中的水面长有霉菌。污染池水霉菌的种类繁多,经测定从水中分离到的霉菌中,可能产毒的有:黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)、构巢曲霉(A.nidulans)、匍匐曲霉(A.repens)、阿母斯特丹曲霉(A.amstelodami)、青霉(Penicillium sp.)、镰刀菌(Fusarium sp.)、葡萄状穗霉(Stackybotrys sp.)、交链


LABORATORY OBSERVATION ON FUNGICIDAL EFFECT OF SYNERGETIC DISINFECTANTS IN WATER
Abstract:The synergetic disinfection effects of combination of silver or copper ion with peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and sodium percarbonate were observed in laboratory by using spore of Penicillium chrysogenum as test organism.The killing power of above compounds against spores of P.chrysogenum was low when they were used individually, but the disinfection effect was much improved when silver or copper ion was used in combination with peroxide compounds. The best result was obtained with synergetic action of silver ion and peracetic acid. For surface water (river, 20~24℃) contaminated by spores of P. chrysogenum (3×10~4/ml), disinfection with silver ion (0.5 ppm) in combination with peracetic acid (9 ppm) could make the spores in water undetectable on third day and the effect could be maintained longer than 60 days. When 0.535 ppm of silver ion was added, the residual amount in water was 0.130 ppm after 60 days.The fungicidal effect of silver ion could be influenced by chlorine ion and pH of water, but the influences decreased when it was used in combinwation ith peracetic acid.
