中医辨证治疗重症哮喘83例

目的]观察中医辨证辅助治疗重症哮喘疗效。方法]对83例重症哮喘患者,采用中医辨证治疗,辨证分为风痰哮19例,治以祛风化痰平喘;热哮36例,治以清热化痰定喘;寒哮28例,治以温肺散寒、豁痰定喘。治疗7d后判定疗效。结果]有效35例,显效41例,无效7例,总有效率为91.60%。结论]中医辨证治疗重症哮喘无毒副反应,疗效明显。

TCM Treatment of 83 Cases of Severe Asthma

Objective]To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in adjuvant treatment of severe asthma.Methods]83 cases of patients with severe asthma with syndrome differentiation of TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment,divided into wind phlegm syndrome 19 cases treated by removing phlegm and relieving asthma of heat type;36 cases treated by clearing heat and resolving phlegm and asthma;cold syndrome 28 cases treated by warming lung and cold-dispelling,resolving phlegm and asthma.After 7d treatment curative effect.Results]35 cases,41 cases were markedly effective,7 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 91.60%.Conclusion]Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe asthma without toxic and side effects,obvious curative effect.
