我院2010～2012年抗菌药物使用分析

目的：了解我院抗菌药物的应用状况，分析评价其发展趋势以及合理性，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2010～2012年抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度进行回顾性分析。结果2010～2012年度抗菌药物金额是逐年递增的，而且2012年明显上升。递增金额较为明显的是头孢菌素类以及其他β-内酰胺类。喹诺酮类金额呈下降趋势。用药频度排在前5位的以口服药为主。结论我院抗菌药物结构基本合理，但仍然有不合理之处，比如头孢类金额增长较快，尤其是特殊使用类抗菌药物金额增长较快，说明用药起点较高，有待改进。

Analysis of the utilization of antibacterials in our hospital during 2010-2012

Objective To investigate the application of antibacterials in our hospital ,and to provide a basis for clinical rational drug use .Methods From 2010 to 2012 ,antibacterial drug sales amount ,DDDs were retrospectively analyzed .Results Annual drug a-mount was increased year by year ,markedly in 2012 the increasing of cephalosporins and other β-lactam ,meanwhile quinolones a-mount declined .DDDs ranked in the top five were oral drugs .Conclusion Antibacterials in our hospital was basically rational .But there were still some shortcomings ,such as the rapid growth of the amount of cephalosporins ,especially the use of antibacterials increased rapidly ,suggesting that the application of high starting point need to be improved .
