| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺加耳压疗法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：35例轻中度抑郁症患者均用针刺补法加王不留行籽耳压法治疗。结果：35例，痊愈17例，显著进步14例，进步3例，无效1例，有效率为97．14％．治疗前HAMD平均24．9分，治疗后平均7．6分，平均减分率为70％．结论：针刺加耳压治疗轻中度抑郁症效果较好，可供临床参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the acupuncture plus ear pressing therapy on depression. Methods： 35 patients with mild to moderate depression were useing acupuncture reinforcement manipulation plus Vaccaria seeds ear - pressure treatment. Results ： 35 cases, 17 cases recovered, 14 cases of remarkable progress, progress in 3 cases, ineffective in 1 case, efficiency of 97. 14%. Pre - treatment HAMD average 24. 9 points, an average of 7. 6 points after treatment, with an average reduction rate of 70%. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus Auricular effect of treatment of mild to moderate depression better for clinical reference. |
