手术治疗髋臼骨折的临床意义

目的：探讨髋臼骨折的有效治疗方法，方法：34例髋臼骨折中18例保守治疗，主要采用骨牵引；16例手术治疗，主要采用预弯弧形钢板和螺钉固定。结果：平均随访16．5个月，保守组4例不满意复位，14例满意复位，优良率66．7％，手术组2例满意复位，14例解剖复位，优良率87．5％，结论：髋臼骨折有术指征时早期手术治疗能及早恢复复髋关节功能，根据骨折类型选择不同的手术入路。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OFSURGICALTREATMENT FOR ACETABULAR FRACTURE

Objective:To explore effective treatment for the acetabular fractures.Methods:34 cases of acetabular fracture were divided into two groups randomly,16 cases of surgical treatment were fixed with screws and pre-curve acetabular plates and 18 cases of conservative treatment with skeletal traction.Results:The surgical group reached anatomical reduction except for 2 cases.In the conservative group,4 cases showed unsatisfactory reduction and the others demonstrated satisfactory reduction.All cases have been followed up average for 16.5 months.The excellent rate was 87.5% in the surgical group and 66.7% in the conservative group respectively.Conclusions:Clinical analysis of the cases showed that surgery was a better option when the patients condition was good so that the fracture could almost achieve anatomical reduction.It suggests that the treatmet should base on the type of the fracture.
