摘    要:目的探讨"抓取测试盒"评价局灶脑缺血大鼠受累前肢精细运动功能的可行性及有效性。方法实验筛选"左利手"SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、生理盐水组、胞二磷胆碱组,每组6只。假手术组仅开颅暴露大脑中动脉(MCAO),模型组用电凝法制成局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型;用压克力板材料做成抽屉式的"抓取测试盒",比较各组大鼠在所选5个时间点的前肢抓取能力。结果各组大鼠在造模前"抓取成功率基线值"差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);模型组分别与正常组及假手术组组间比较,抓取成功率降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);胞二磷胆碱组与模型组比较,4d、7d、15d、21d抓取成功率升高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论"抓取测试盒"能客观测试和反映大鼠前肢抓取能力,反映大鼠前肢抓取功能恢复程度。
