血清前白蛋白和胆碱酯酶水平变化在肝硬化中的临床意义

目的:探讨血清前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)和胆碱酯酶(Cholinester ase,CHE)水平变化在肝硬化中的临床意义。方法:同时检测120例肝硬化和80例正常对照者血清中PA和CHE水平并进行分析。结果:肝硬化组PA和CHE水平与正常对照组比较明显降低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两项指标均随Child-Pugh分级升高而明显降低。结论:血清PA和CHE水平变化可作为肝硬化患者病情诊断和预后判断的指标,对判断肝硬化程度具有重要的指导意义。

Clinical significance of serum prealbumin and cholinesterase level changes in liver cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum prealbumin(PA) and cholinesterase(CHE) level changes in liver cirrhosis.Method Detected and analysis of 120 cases of liver cirrhosis and 80 normal controls′ serum levels of PA and CHE in the same time.Results Compared with normal control group,PA and CHE levels in liver cirrhosis group were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Two indicators with Child-Pugh classification were elevated significantly.Conclusion Changes in serum levels of PA and CHE in patients with liver cirrhosis can be used as diagnostic and prognostic indicator,to judge the degree of liver cirrhosis has an important significance.
