| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗结核药物致肝功能损害的因素。方法对我院抗结核药物致肝功能损害24例进行分析。结果肝功能损害与既往肝病史、治疗前肝功能异常、嗜酒、老年及营养不良等因素有关。结论在制订结核患者用药方案时必须慎重考虑以上因素。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the causes of liver function damage induced by antituberculostics.METHODS:The liver function damage induced by antituberculostics was analyzed in 24 patients admitted into this hospital.RESULTS:liver function damage was related to the following factors:history of liver diseases,hepatic dysfunction before treatment,aged patient and malnutritional patient,chronic alcoholism.CONCLUSION:The abovementioned factors should be under consideration in choice of chem shemes of tuberculosis. |
