中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作的疗效。方法:将96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性期患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予鱼腥草注射液加用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合治疗,对照组单纯给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,疗程均为10d。结果:治疗组与对照组显效率分别为31.25%、16.67%(P<0.01),有效率分别为79.17%、66.67%(P<0.01),第1秒用力呼气容积分别为(2966.43±352.28)ml、(1936.56±408.48)ml(P<0.01),用力肺活量分别为(3578.61±423.52)ml、(2996.37±778.58)ml(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作疗效显著。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for acute stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS:96 patients with acute stage COPD of were randomly assigned to receive Yuxingcao inj in combination with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection(treatment group)or levofloxacin hydrochloride injection alone(control group)for ten days.RESULTS:For treatment group and control group,the effectual rates were 31.25% and 16.67%(P<0.01);the effective rates were 79.17% and 66.67%(P<0.01);the forced expiratory volume on second 1 were(2 966.43± 352.28)ml and(1 936.56± 408.48)ml(P<0.01),and the forced vital capacity(FVC)were(3 578.61± 423.52)ml and(2 996.37± 778.58)ml,respectively.CONCLUSION:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine showed a satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of acute stage COPD.
