浙江省部分教师吸烟行为及控烟知识现状调查

目的开展教师人群的吸烟和烟草控制知识现状调查,为今后在教师群体中实施控烟干预提供依据。方法按照分层抽样的方法,对杭州市、台州市和云和县26所学校839名直接从事教学工作的一线教师进行问卷调查。结果教师人群总吸烟率为19.67%,现在吸烟率15.02%,男性高于女性;烟草危害的知晓率为74.55%,8种吸烟相关疾病的知晓率为58.03%,6种被动吸烟相关疾病的知晓率为69.96%;36.35%的教师获得过控烟方面的教材或资料,11.80%的教师接受过关于预防青少年吸烟的培训。结论教师人群烟草相关知识掌握相对不足,应当进一步加强教师控烟知识和技能的健康教育和培训,改变其吸烟行为,同时也更好地推动青少年控烟工作。

Status Investigation on Smoidng Behavior and Knowledge of Tobacco Control among Teachers in Zhejiang Province

Objective To carry out the status investigation on smoking and tobacco control among teachers, aiming to provide evidence for interfering in smoking control among teachers in future. Methods 839 teachers from 26 schcools in Hangzhou city, Taizhou city and Yunhe county were recruited through stratified sampling and interviewed by using questionnaire. Results The General smoking rate and current smoking rate among teachers were 19.67 % and 15.02%, respectively, in both of which the proportion of male was higher compared with female. The awareness rate of knowledge of smoking hazards was 74.55%, of 8 kinds of smoking-related diseases and 6 kinds of passive-smoking-related diseases were 58.03% and 69.96%, respectively. 36.35% teachers of all had received some materials on smoking control, and 11.80% teachers had obtained training of adolescent smoking prevention. Conclusions teachers are lack of tobacco related knowledge. Teaching materials and training on smoking control are inadequate, which is the urgent affair in future.
