| Abstract: | Chronic hepatitis B is common in china and it is an important, preventable cause of cirrhosis, liver failure and hepatocellular carcinoma. Nucleoside analogues have been approved for anti-viral therapy in chronic hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection. They have been used in China since 1998 and have developed rapidly. This article overviewed the course of HBV replication and the advances of nucleoside analogues in anti-viral therapy. |
